Sandra has worked as our Practice Nurse since we opened. She is originally from Templemore, Co. Tipperary. She trained in Whippscross Hospital in London as a General Nurse and a Mid Wife. She moved back to Ireland and worked in National Maternity in Holles Street.  Sandra then worked in St. James and Naas Hospital as a Theatre Nurse.

Sandra’s daily duties are many including taking bloods, blood pressure checks, ECG and vaccinations. She has a keen interest in Midwifery and really enjoys looking after expectant mothers.

Sandra is also involved in the provision on women’s health care and in the Cervical Check programme. Vaccinations have become increasingly complex over recent years but Sandra has great knowledge in the field and more than willing to try to answer the concerns you may have.
